    Encocado Soup – A rich roasted tomato soup infused with Latin spices, coconut milk, and fresh herbs, topped with basil oil and crunchy plantain chips.

    Main Course:

    • Posta Cartagenera – Slow-cooked rump steak, braised for 5 hours in a tamarind and Worcestershire reduction, served tender and bursting with depth.
