This is not a Korean dinner. It’s a three-hour experience, inspired by my recent trip to Korea and built around the ingredients I brought back: kimchi, pralines, sweets, seaweed, crunchy elements, sauces, ferments and pickles. Come curious. Leave with new flavours and stories.
What to expect
Explore: Before we sit down, you can try ingredients, roots and dips at my cooking station.
Create: Make your own Korean rolls with the ingredients that excite you most.
Savour: Enjoy a full menu with several surprises, including pork slow-cooked in the oven for twelve hours.
